Your Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via BRT with tracking and delivery requiring a signature.
If you prefer delivery by BRT by appointment, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before selecting this option.
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link to track your package online via SMS.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage fees. Handling charges are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping fees will apply to each order separately.
Your package will be shipped at your own risk; however, special care is taken to protect fragile items. Boxes are appropriately sized and items are well protected.
We recommend accepting the package with “reservation of inspection” (signed subject to inspection) to avoid issues in case of damage during transport.
